Plan management
Create, edit, and delete recurring plans for recurring work order templates so the system generates work orders on schedule.
Prerequisites
Entry: Console → Work orders → Work order templates.
To manage recurring property tasks (e.g. common-area cleaning, equipment inspection), you can set a recurring plan on a work order template. After setup, the system generates work orders on the configured schedule (e.g. daily or weekly) from the template and plan content, reducing manual creation.
Steps
Create a recurring plan
Click the more options menu (three dots) on a recurring template, select Plan management, and open the plan management page.
Click New plan.
Fill in plan details:
- Plan name: multilingual; up to 40 characters
- Start / end date: plan start and end dates
- Repeat cycle: daily / weekly on selected days / monthly on selected days
- Creation time: when work orders are auto-created
- Work order content: fill in Issue description and upload images
Click Save.
The plan management page lists existing plans; the new plan dialog includes name, dates, repeat cycle, creation time, and work order content; the primary button is Save.
Edit a recurring plan
Find the plan to edit in the plan list and click Edit.
Update plan details (all fields can be changed).
Click Save.
Delete a recurring plan
Find the plan to delete in the plan list and click Delete.
Click Confirm in the delete confirmation dialog.
The system checks whether the plan has already generated work orders:
- If work orders were generated, the system returns an error and the plan cannot be deleted.
- If no work orders were generated, the system deletes the plan.
End a recurring plan
Plans end automatically on the end date; no manual end is required. To end early, edit the plan's end date.
