User Login

Guest browsing, and logging in to Guest App by phone, email, or temporary credentials.

For guests who browse Guest App / the mini program without logging in, or who complete login and registration through the login dialog.

Prerequisites

Users can open the login dialog from:

New users who log in from the above entry points complete registration at the same time.

Opening Guest App goes directly to the home page without login. Suitable for first-time users.

Method A: One-tap login (China's three major carriers)

On the login page, select Phone Login.

The system detects carrier signal and shows the One-tap Login page.

Accept terms and privacy policy, then tap One-tap Login.

Method B: SMS login (all users)

On the login page, select Phone Login.

The system opens the phone login page directly, or tap SMS Login at the bottom of the one-tap page.

Select country code (IDD) and enter phone number.

Accept terms and privacy policy, tap Log In.

Complete slider verification.

Enter the verification code received; login completes automatically.

On the login page, select Email Login.

Enter email address.

Accept terms and privacy policy, tap Log In.

Enter the verification code received; login completes automatically.

Use when front desk manually creates an account and the user logs in for the first time.

On the login page, select Temporary Login.

Enter login name and temporary password.

Path 1: on the reservation detail occupant section, tap the no-App icon to view or send temporary login info to the guest.
Path 2: on the user detail Guest App page, view temporary login info.

Accept terms and privacy policy, tap Log In; login completes automatically.
