View group chat history

Filter group chat history in Console by date, group chat, and keywords, and view context.

Prerequisites

None

Go to Support Center → Group chat history.

Set filters as needed (can be combined):

Filter	Instructions
Start date / End date	Select start and end dates
Group chat name	Single select; only group chats with history are available
Search employee name / content	Enter an employee name or chat keyword; up to 50 characters

If you searched by content, exact matches are shown; click View context to see surrounding messages.
If you did not search by content, all matching records are shown (no View context button).

The page shows matching group chat records; content search also allows opening context.
