Maintain property info, community manager, and shared spaces, and control property visibility on owned channels.
Prerequisites
Entry: Console → Marketing → CMS - Property Content.
Steps
Property information
Maintain core property information and display status.
Required fields:

| Coordinates | Latitude -90 to 90, longitude -180 to 180, decimals allowed; helps guests locate the nearest hotel in the App |

| Property Info | Multilingual, reply-generator content, up to 1500 characters |
After completing information and starting operations, toggle the Hidden switch at the top to Visible. This controls whether the property appears in Stey owned-channel booking lists and whether guests can select it when booking a tour.
Both property-level and hotel-level visibility switches must be on for hotel booking to work normally.
Community manager information
Maintain community manager information on the mini program and website.

Create a space
Maintain shared space descriptions on the Guest App and website property home page.
Click New Space in the top-right corner.
Configure the following:

- Click Save to finish.
Edit and visibility
- Edit Space: more options (three dots) → Edit Space; all fields can be edited.
- Hide / Show Space: more options → Hide Space or Show Space; controls external visibility.
Result
Property and community manager information display per field settings; new spaces appear in the list; hide/show updates external visibility.
