Edit basic info and linked company info on a user profile, and maintain user notes.

Steps
Basic info
Edit basic fields as needed.
In Basic info, click edit.
Update fields in the dialog.
Click Save.
If the profile has a mainland ID card, birthday is filled from the ID and locked. Without an ID card, enter birthday manually.
Before changing Language preference, confirm with the guest. It affects email language and translation language when the guest chats with front desk in the Guest App.
Company info
Optional; used when printing hotel guest bills.
In Company info, click edit.
Select a company.
Click Save.
After linking, printed hotel bills show the company. If the company is missing, create it under Company profiles.
User notes
User notes record preferences, special needs, or other items to watch. Maintain them on the user profile.
