Adjust general photo rules, QA reference images, inspection rules, and inspection items in Console.

The system presets general and inspection rules; adjust here for your property.

Steps
General rules
The general rules section configures photo settings:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Photo Check | When enabled, housekeepers must upload photos per prompts in Staff App or HSKPer when completing tasks for QA. |
| Task Types That Can Skip QA | Usually in-stay cleaning. Guests may be in room; housekeepers can skip photos for selected types. |
| Photo Count | Default 2; adjustable. |
| Countdown | Countdown shown during photos; adjust duration here. |
QA reference images
Reference images for housekeepers when taking photos; standardizes capture.
Not configured automatically; upload images manually and link to rooms.
Click Add QA Reference Image.
In the dialog: single image upload; Applied Rooms comma-separated.
Click Confirm.
Dialog uploads reference image and room list; primary button is Confirm.
Added references cannot be deleted; use More → Edit or Disable.
Inspection rules
System presets control when inspection tasks are generated. Edit here to change auto-generated inspections.
The page lists Inspection Rules; edit as needed.
Inspection items
System presets common inspection items. Disable items not applicable; disabled items are hidden during supervisor inspection.
The inspection item list shows each check item and enabled status; disable items that do not apply.
