View washer and dryer status in Guest App and subscribe to completion reminders.
Prerequisites
This feature lets users view estimated end times and receive completion reminders for washers/dryers, reducing wait time.

Scope: hotels with LG smart washers that report status and end time.
Steps
On the App home page, tap the laundry room card to open laundry room details.
View washer and dryer status on the details page. Only busy devices show Remind Me.
Tap Remind Me on the desired device to subscribe.
At estimated completion or when status becomes idle, the system sends an in-app message or push notification.
The laundry room details page lists device status; busy devices have a reminder entry.
Result
- One reminder limit: each user can set only one reminder at a time.
- Offline handling: no reminder if the device is offline or abnormal.
