Sublet revenue settings

• Record long-stay revenue during sublet period: Defaults to Yes; not editable at this time.

Sublet service fee settings

When a guest successfully sublets, the hotel may charge a service fee. Sublet earnings equal the room charge on the successful sublet night minus the service fee, credited to the guest's Stey Wallet.

• Purpose: When creating a contract, the system auto-fills the default service fee from this setting (still editable manually).
• Default daily sublet service fee:
  • Mode: Fixed amount only at this time
  • Amount: Default 100, adjustable

Default billing day settings

• Purpose: When creating a contract, the system auto-fills the Default Billing Day from this setting (still editable manually).
• Default Billing Day:
  • Options: Fixed date / Follow contract start date
  • If Fixed date, specify a date (1st–28th)

Bill reminder settings

• Purpose: Bill Reminder Settings set bill payment reminder timing for all long-stay reservations in the property. The system notifies guests in advance (Guest App banner / popup / SMS, etc.).
• Days in advance: Default 5 days; adjustable from 1 to 10 days.

Auto lock toggle

• Purpose: Controls whether all long-stay reservations in the property default to auto lock when room charges are overdue (Bill Overdue Auto Lock / Overdue Auto Lock).
• Configuration:
  • Default On — all long-stay reservations follow overdue lock rules.
  • Can be toggled manually. When Off, even if lock conditions are met (e.g. overdue room charge bill), room access is retained but the App is unavailable.

Overdue lock conditions:

After overdue lock: room access is revoked and cannot be re-authorized until bills are paid; Guest App is unavailable with a blocking popup on the home screen until bills are settled.
