Contract Template Management

Entry: Console → Finance → Long Stay Contract Settings → Contract Templates.

Prerequisites

None

Update the Contract Template when contract content needs to change.

Click Edit (or Edit Template) to open the editor.

After making changes, click Save (or Save Template).

Changes apply only to contracts created after saving.

Preview the template at any time.

Saved templates apply to new contracts. Preview opens the contract PDF in a new tab.
