Create Quote

Add monthly or daily quick quotes on a claimed lead, set validity, and download PDF.

Prerequisites

You have claimed the lead (you are the lead owner) and the lead status is In Progress.

Monthly quotes apply to long-stay; Daily quotes apply to hotel (e.g. group bookings).

Steps

Open the quote page

Open the lead detail page.

Click the Quick Quote tab.

Click New Quote; the system opens the new quote dialog.

Monthly quote

Select quote type: Monthly.

Fill in basic information:

Check-in & Check-out: pre-filled from the lead if available; editable
Room Type: first room type selected by default; single selection

Review system calculations:

Inventory status: sold out (not bookable), High Demand, Sufficient Inventory
Available rooms
Monthly rent: shows default monthly rent
Suggested Price: system recommendation based on inventory status

Suggested price calculation:

Sufficient inventory: suggested price = room type price × default rent discount
High demand: suggested price = room type price × high-demand discount

View or edit configuration under Console → Finance → Long-stay Contract Settings → Discount Rules. See Discount Settings.

Edit quote and Room Count:
- Final Rate: defaults to suggested price; can be edited manually
- Room Count: default 1; cannot exceed available rooms

Daily quote

Select quote type: Daily.

Fill in basic information:

Check-in & Check-out: pre-filled from the lead if available; editable
Room Type: first room type selected by default; single selection
Rate Plan: select an active direct-booking rate plan

Review system calculations:

Inventory status: sold out (not bookable), High Demand, Sufficient Inventory
Available rooms
Rate: nightly rate determined by the selected rate plan

Edit quote and Room Count:

Final Rate: can be edited manually
Room Count: default 1; cannot exceed available rooms

Submit quote

Sold out status is not bookable; all other statuses are bookable.

After clicking Confirm, the system checks whether the final rate is below the minimum reference price. If so, a second confirmation appears; you can continue or go back to edit.

Minimum reference price:

Daily: lowest price in CRS → Base Rate Management. See Base Rate Management
Monthly: price corresponding to the minimum rent discount under Finance → Long-stay Contract Settings → Discount Rules. See Discount Settings

After successful submission, a new quote record appears on the Quick Quote page.

Set quote validity

Used for PDF display only; no business logic. After setting, it applies to PDFs for all current quotes.

Validity defaults to current date + 10 days
Editable; selectable range is from current date to the earliest check-in date among all quotes

When creating, editing, or copying a quote, if check-in is earlier than the set validity, save is blocked until validity is adjusted.
