Field and status-label reference for the check-in & check-out workbench tabs.

Entry: Console → Room reservations → Check-in & Check-out.
Workbench capabilities
- Multi-product tabs: Hotel / Long stay / Hourly; the number in the title is the pending count.
- Open to handle: Click a row to open reservation details for check-in, check-out, or sublet.
- Filters: Search by source, booker, or room number.
- Status tags: Ops notes, incomplete ID, incomplete authorization; linked reservations use red / purple markers.
Common reservation tags:
- Ops notes: hover to read the note.
- Guest ID incomplete.
- Room authorization incomplete: a guest should have room access but authorization has not succeeded.
- Guest used one-tap check-out in Guest App (hotel only).
Hotel — Arrivals
Title count = hotel arrivals due today. Filters: Source and Booker.

Title count = hotel departures due today. Filter: Room number.

Long stay — Arrivals / Departures
Same field pattern as hotel; arrivals search by Booker, departures by Room number. Status: Expected / In-house, or Due out / Completed.
Hourly
After hourly check-in, the same reservation appears in both arrival and departure modules.
Arrivals: ETA, ETD (if any), guests, room, booker, mobile, status (Expected / In-house / No-show).
Departures: Actual arrival, due-out time, guests, room, booker, mobile, status (Due out / Completed).
