How to Earn Points

Prerequisites

Understand point sources before manual adjustments:

• Eco-friendly behavior: hot/cold water and electricity usage below community average (hotel and long-stay averages calculated separately).
• Community participation: post shares/posts (max 10 points/day, requires more than 2 posts); receive likes/comments; give likes/comments; join/host events.
• Sublet: one point per night during the sublet period.
• Extra rewards: manual point adjustments by operations; carryover from previous season (unredeemed points carry over at a set ratio).
