Identify bill types
| Type | Description | Due date |
|---|---|---|
| Room Charge Bill | Rent bill divided by contract period and billing day | Period start date |
| Deposit Bill | Deposit at contract signing | Latest contract signing date |
| Utilities Bill | Water and electricity usage | Generation date + 5 days |
| Other Bill | Additional charges (e.g. guest damage) | Custom due date at manual generation |
Identify bill status

| Draft | No | Unsent bill; can be sent manually |
