POS Payment

Initiate POS terminal payment from hotel or long-stay reservation transaction details and auto-create payment records.

Use POS Payment on reservation Transactions when a guest pays on-site (walk-in, pay on arrival, check-in, or checkout balance). Balance updates automatically on success.

Prerequisites

  1. Available for overseas properties only.
  2. Configure the online payment provider for POS payment at Console → Finance → Property Settings → Payment (Adyen).

Domestic properties do not need configuration — POS Payment does not appear on reservation detail. This page applies to overseas properties; hotel and long-stay reservations share the same button and flow.

Steps

Open hotel or long-stay reservation detail → Transactions.

Select the target folio.

Click POS Payment to open the dialog.

Enter the amount.

Click Confirm. The system shows pending payment status.

Complete payment on the POS terminal within 120 seconds. On success, the system shows payment success and creates a payment record on the selected folio.

The POS payment dialog is for entering the amount. After confirm, status becomes pending payment.

If the system shows payment failure, first confirm whether the POS terminal actually collected payment:

If payment succeeded, create the transaction manually.

If not, retry POS payment.

Result

A payment record is created automatically on the selected folio.
