Check-in
After the contract is active, check in the long-stay reservation, print registration cards, and grant room access.

Steps
Activate the contract
On the contract start date, a signed digital contract or a submitted manual contract shows Activate Contract.
Confirm the deposit and first bill are paid.
Click Activate Contract.
In the dialog, click Confirm.
When bills are paid, the dialog asks for a second confirmation. If unpaid, see Create and activate contract.
Check in
When all gates pass:
Click Check In.
In the dialog, click Confirm.
Room setup:
- Shown only when the reservation has a room-setup add-on.
- If setup is incomplete but the guest wants to check in early, click Check In Anyway. Room-setup tasks remain and can be finished later.
Print registration card
After a room is assigned, the top right of reservation details shows Print Registration Card and Check In.
Click Print Registration Card.
Select guests to print.
Click Confirm.
Non-users can print too. Minors are marked.
Authorize
After check-in, grant room and door access (non-users cannot be authorized).
Click Grant Room Access.
Choose notification channels (or clear all to authorize without notify).
Click Confirm. The user receives notifications if channels were selected.
If the lock is offline, Refresh first; if still offline, issue a temporary password.
A temporary password while the lock is offline is emergency access only. After the lock is back online, confirm formal room access is active.
Result
- Reservation is in-house.
- You can print registration cards; user guests can receive room and door access.
