Discount Settings

Manage default room charge and deposit discounts by lease term for long-stay contracts; auto-filled at creation and adjustable manually.

Entry: Console → Finance → Long Stay Contract Settings → Discount Rules.

Manage room charge and deposit standards by lease term. The page shows Default Room Charge Discount, Minimum Room Charge Discount, Minimum Deposit Discount, etc. per term.

Steps

  1. Double-click a target cell and enter the new value to adjust the discount.

When creating a contract, the system auto-fills default deposit and room charge based on:

  1. Contract lease term
  2. Default room charge and deposit discounts
  3. Room type reference price

If deposit or room charge is manually changed below the minimum discount threshold, a discount reason is required (Room Charge Discount Reason / Deposit Discount Reason).

Result

Discount values in the table update immediately. New contracts use the corresponding defaults by term.
