Cancel Bill

Cancel a sent utilities or other-type bill when conditions are met.

Prerequisites

Cancel Bill appears when all of the following are true:

Bill type is utilities or other.
No payment records exist.
Bill status is Sent.

The bill detail page shows Cancel Bill when conditions are met.

Steps

Click Cancel Bill.

Click Confirm in the confirmation dialog.

Result

After cancellation, the bill status becomes Cancelled and no longer appears in the guest's Guest App.

For other bill types, linked charge transactions are not cancelled automatically — handle them manually.
