Add-on Management

Entry: Console → CRS → Add-on.

Prerequisites

None

Click Create Add-on.

Fill in:

Code: Unique identifier; letters or numbers, up to 10 characters.
Description: Service name, multilingual.
Unit Price: Fixed amount only. Enter 0 for free; enter tax-included price for paid items.
Posting Rule: One-time or Multi-day repeat.
- One-time: e.g. early check-in — charged once on check-in day.
- Multi-day repeat: e.g. breakfast — charged daily during stay.
Default Daily Inventory: Default 999; enter 1–999.

Click Confirm. Enabled by default.

For paid items, configure Transaction Code:

Contact finance to create a transaction code if none is suitable.

For room setup items (e.g. long-stay layout, extra bed, trolley), enable Room Setup:
1. More options → Room Setup.
2. Enable the toggle in the dialog.

For room setup add-ons removed only at checkout (not during stay), configure as Multi-day repeat.

All fields except Code are editable.

More options: edit basic info, transaction code, room setup, or disable the item.

Edits apply only to reservations where the add-on is added afterward; existing reservations keep original settings.
