Maintain hotel basics, room types, rate plan display, and tax descriptions.
Prerequisites
Entry: Console → Marketing → CMS - Hotel Content.
Rate plans must be created first under CRS → Rate Plan Management; they sync to this page automatically. See Rate Plan Management Overview.
Steps
Hotel basic information
Maintain hotel booking basics and hotel display status.
Required fields:

| Hotel Images | First image becomes the hotel main image |
After completing information and opening hotel booking, toggle the Hidden switch at the top to Visible. This controls whether the property appears in Stey owned-channel hotel booking lists.
Room types
Each room type has its own card and must be configured individually.

For room types open to booking, toggle the Hidden switch at the top of the card to Visible. This controls whether the room type appears on the hotel detail page on Stey owned channels.
Rate plans
Click Edit under more options on a rate plan to configure guest-facing display:
- Title: multilingual, up to 20 characters
- Subtitle: optional Pay Online / Pay at Property (display only; actual prepay rules follow guarantee policy)
- Rate Details: multilingual, up to 500 characters
For rate plans open to booking, click more options → Set Visible to show them. This controls whether the rate plan appears on the hotel detail page on Stey owned channels.
Taxes and other fees
Enter Taxes and Other Fees that need special explanation beyond VAT.
Result
Hotel, room types, and rate plans appear on Stey owned channels per visibility settings; tax descriptions display with content.
