Group chat messaging

Open group chats in Staff App and Console, send messages, and manage new-message alerts.

Both Staff App and Console show a group chat entry where you can chat.

Prerequisites

None

On the Support page, find the pinned group chat entry at the top and tap to open the group chat page.

Send text, images, and other messages.

To stop group chat push notifications, open the group chat page and tap the mute control in the top-right corner.

The Support page shows a pinned group chat entry at the top. When there are new messages in a group, all members receive push notifications.

Click the messages entry in the top-right to open the Support Center chat window; group chats are pinned at the top.

Open a group chat and send text, images, and other messages.

When there are new messages, all group members receive push notifications. Console does not support muting.
