On departure day, use Express hotel check-out on the Guest App home to check out immediately.
Guests with a hotel reservation can one-tap check out from the Guest App on departure day when the folio balance is settled or Quick Post will bring it to zero.
Entry: Guest App → Home → Express hotel check-out.
Prerequisites

If any condition fails, Home does not show the entry; the guest must check out at the front desk. See Check-out.
Steps
Open the Guest App and tap Express hotel check-out on Home.
Read the dialog.
Tap Check out now.
Home daily updates include the Express hotel check-out card.
Dialog title is Check out now, with a large 15 minutes notice that room access is kept after submit. Notes cover: deposits are released from preauth as soon as possible; community facilities remain usable until midnight; invoices are handled at the front desk. Primary Check out now; below that, Cancel.
After 15 minutes, room access ends.
Common-area and corridor access remain until 24:00 that day.
Result
- Reservation tag: the reservation shows a mobile check-out label.
- Console alert: front desk gets a notification naming the room that used Express hotel check-out.
- After 15 minutes the system:
- Checks out
- Quick Posts if required
- Removes room access (common-area and corridor access stay until 24:00)
