Configure self check-in

Property digital contacts enable self check-in in CRS and set early-arrival add-ons and property time rules.

Property digital contacts or revenue configurators complete this before guest self check-in goes live. Guest App steps: Self check-in.

Entry: Console → CRS.

Prerequisites

HQ digital support has enabled self check-in for this property.
Operator can configure CRS add-ons and property info.

Steps

Early-arrival add-on

Path: Console → CRS → Add-ons.

Create or edit the early-arrival add-on.

Under More → Settings, turn on Is early arrival.

Set posting rule to Once. Only one add-on per property may enable Is early arrival.

Property time rules

Path: Console → CRS → Settings → Property info.

Configure: Standard check-in time, Standard check-out time, Earliest check-in time (earliest early arrival). Room selection uses these for readiness.

Result

Room selection can show early-arrival options and prices when time and inventory allow.
Guests can follow Self check-in in Guest App.
