Create a long-stay reservation in Console, add guests, assign a room, then continue with contract and add-ons.
Front desk or operations staff create long-stay reservations in Console, then add guests, assign a room, and proceed to contract and add-ons.
Entry: Console → New Reservation (bottom right).

Steps
Create the reservation
Click New Reservation at the bottom right.
In the dialog, select reservation type Long-stay.
Fill in basic info, booker details, and reservation source.
Click Create & View Reservation. The system opens the reservation details in a new browser tab.
The dialog asks for long-stay type first, then basic info, booker, and source. Primary button is Create & View Reservation.
When converting a lead, the dialog pre-fills lead fields and Source cannot be changed.
Add guests
In Guests, click Add Guest at the top right to open the dialog.
Primary guest: search name / mobile / email and select the user.
Companion: User or Non-user. Users use the same search; non-users need a name, and minors must check Guest is a minor, then Confirm.
Create user and add: if search is empty, Create New User, fill the form, Create — the user is created and added as a guest.
The dialog uses search for users; switching to non-user shows name and the minor checkbox.
Assign a room
Assign Room appears at the top right of reservation details only when the stay is not yet checked in and has no room.
Click Assign Room.
In the dialog, choose a room.
Click Confirm.
You can create the contract before assigning a room. If you do, bill PDFs will not show room information.
Create and submit the contract
See Create and activate contract (draft → submit → sign → activate).
Guest signs the contract
Digital contracts only. Signing steps: Create and activate contract.
Add add-ons
Add add-ons as needed. See Add add-ons.
For a specific room layout, add the matching room-setup add-on.
Confirm and add room-setup add-ons when creating the long-stay reservation so the system can create room-setup tasks promptly.
Result
- Reservation details open in a new browser tab.
- After guests, room assignment, and contract steps, you can continue with check-in and billing.
