Room Type Rates

Maintain reference prices for sales room types in Console for contract defaults and the long-stay room selection assistant.

Entry: Console → Finance → Room Type Rates.

Room Type Rates manages reference prices for each sales room type. The list shows room types and reference prices; edit per row.

Main use cases:

Contract creation: Set monthly reference price and default room charge and deposit.
Long-stay room selection assistant: Display room reference prices.
Sales leads — quick quote (coming later): Affects quote calculation.

Prerequisites

None

Only reference price is editable; room type code and name cannot be changed.

Click more options (three dots) on the target room type and select Edit.

Enter the new Reference Price in the dialog. Primary button is Confirm.

Click Confirm to save.

Reference price updates in the list immediately. Changes apply only to new contracts and quotes; existing contracts and quotes are not affected.
