Adjust block quantities on group detail to increase or release group inventory.
After creating a group, adjust block count when guests need more or fewer room nights.
Entry: Console → Rooms → group reservations → group detail.

Steps
Open the block tab: find the group, more (three dots) → Group Detail; open Actualized / Block.
Find the date: more (three dots) → Edit Block. Only today and future dates are editable.
Change block count:
- To increase: enter the new value.
- To decrease: enter the new value, but not below consumed nights. Example: 10 single-room nights blocked, 6 reservations created (6 consumed) — new value must be 6–9, not 0–5.
Click Confirm. On increase, inventory and rate plan validity are validated (same as create group).
The edit block dialog shows block count per room type; adjust and confirm.
Result
- Increase: corresponding inventory is locked.
- Decrease: corresponding inventory is released.
