Non-Guest Folio
Manage folios for non-staying guests or charges not linked to a reservation — create, delete, adjust transactions, and export details.
Non-Guest Folio is for financial records for non-staying guests or charges not linked to a reservation. For example, a guest buys snacks and pays on-site — the transaction can be recorded on a non-guest folio.
Path: Finance → Non-Guest Folio. The list shows existing folios; selecting a folio shows its transactions on the right.

Delete transaction
Prerequisite: Allow Adjustment must be enabled on the transaction code. The following assumes this is true.
Transactions with date ≥ current business date show Delete in more options (same-day manual transactions can be deleted before night audit).
Click Delete.
Click Confirm in the dialog.
Deleted transactions are grayed out and cannot be modified.
Adjust transaction
Transactions with date before current business date show Adjust in more options (post-night-audit transactions can only be adjusted).

Click Confirm.
The system creates an offset transaction and a new adjusted transaction. Adjust no longer appears on the original.
Payment transactions cannot be deleted or adjusted. For refunds, create a new transaction with a negative amount.
