Sublet

Create, edit, cancel, and start sublets in Guest App, and understand Console-side stop sublet.

Entry: Guest App (Me page / Wallet / Room page / home banner — see prerequisites).

Prerequisites

Sublet entry points:

Me - Sublet: visible to all, but only the primary occupant of an in-stay long-stay reservation can open My Sublets.
Me - Wallet - Start Sublet: visible to all, but only the primary occupant of an in-stay long-stay reservation can open My Sublets.
Sublet button (top-right on Room page): visible only to the primary occupant of an in-stay long-stay reservation; opens My Sublets.
Home sublet banner: visible to all in-stay long-stay guests at this property, but only the primary occupant can open My Sublets when tapping.

The sublet banner appears only when OCC exceeds 90% on any day in the next 30 days for this property.

My Sublets shows the sublet list and create, edit, cancel, and start actions.

Steps

Create a sublet

Only the primary occupant of an in-stay long-stay reservation can create a sublet.

On My Sublets, tap Create Sublet to open the create page.

Select the sublet period and check I have read and agree to the sublet rules.

Tap Confirm Sublet.

The create page selects sublet period and confirms rules before submission.

Selectable range: day after today through the end date of the current active contract. Minimum sublet period is 2 days.

If the selected period is adjacent to an existing sublet, tapping Confirm Sublet shows a prompt and you cannot create a new sublet — only edit the adjacent one. Tap Edit on the prompt to go to the adjacent sublet edit page.

Edit a sublet

Edit appears only for sublets with status Upcoming or In Progress. In-progress sublets do not show Edit on the end date.

From the sublet list on My Sublets, tap Edit on the target sublet.

Select the new sublet period and check I have read and agree to the sublet rules.

Tap Confirm Sublet.

Selectable range: day after today through the end date of the current active contract. Upcoming sublets: start and end dates editable; in-progress sublets: end date only. Minimum period is 2 days.

If the edited period affects a hotel reservation assigned to the room or causes overbooking, Confirm Sublet shows an error and edit is blocked.

Cancel a sublet

Cancel appears only for sublets with status Upcoming.

From the sublet list on My Sublets, tap Cancel on the target sublet.

Tap Confirm on the cancellation dialog.

If cancellation affects a hotel reservation assigned to the room or causes overbooking, Confirm shows an error and cancellation is blocked.

Start a sublet

On the sublet start date, the App home page shows a start sublet card; tap it, then tap Start Sublet in the dialog.
On the sublet start date, My Sublets shows Start on that sublet; tap it, then tap Start Sublet in the dialog.
