Redeem ESG prizes, adjust points, and view season details on a user profile.
Entry: user profile → ESG rewards.
Use this area for prizes, points, redemptions, and redemption history by season.

Steps
Prizes
Switch seasons to view prize details. When a guest redeems:
Click Use on the prize.
In the dialog, fill in:
- Redemption property
- Coupon quantity
- Remark
Click Confirm.
After a prize is fully redeemed or expired, Use is grayed out.
Points
Switch seasons to view points. To adjust points for a guest:
Click Add/subtract points.
In the dialog:
- Property
- Operation (+ or −) and points
- Remark
Click Confirm.
You can adjust points for the current season only.
Prize redemption and points adjustments change guest rewards. Confirm property, quantity, and points before you confirm.
Result
After redemption or points adjustment, that season’s prize and points details update immediately.
