When does auto invoicing trigger?

Auto invoicing triggers when all of the following are true:

  • The company has Auto Invoicing enabled
  • The reservation is linked to a company
  • The reservation Payer is Company
  • Quick Direct Bill is selected at checkout

Where are auto-invoiced bills sent?

Invoices are sent automatically to the company's configured receiving email address.

Can auto invoicing settings be changed?

Yes. You can update auto invoicing settings in the company profile at any time.

What languages and currencies does auto invoicing support?

Determined by the property's preferred language and currency.

How do I view sent bill records?

View them in the reservation's Bill List.

Can auto invoicing be triggered manually?

Not in the current version. It triggers automatically at checkout only.

How do I resend an email?

Use the bill's more options → Email Send History dialog.
