Inventory
View and adjust full-day and hourly sellable inventory, and configure oversale protection.
Entry: Console → CRS → Inventory.
Prerequisites
Use this page to view and manage room inventory. By default it shows the next 14 days from today:
- All Rooms inventory: Combined figures across room types
- Per–room-type inventory: Figures for each room type
The system automatically sets hourly sellable inventory to 1 for each room type for the next 14 days.
Indicators:
- Red number next to Total Rooms + Sublease: Sublease rooms exist on that date; the number is the count.
- Red Sellable value for a room type: That date’s sellable count was edited manually.
- Sold: Hotel reservations sold + room nights converted from group allotment locks to reservations.
- Group Lock Remaining: Group allotment room nights not yet converted to reservations.
Steps
Jump to a date
Click the start date of the current view.
In the calendar dialog, click the target date.
View by day / week / month
Click D / W / M, then page forward or back in that mode.

Adjust inventory for one cell
Editable scope: Only each room type’s Sellable count. All Rooms sellable is calculated and cannot be edited directly.
Examples: Sell 2 more singles tomorrow; sell 1 fewer suite the day after.
Click the sellable count for the target room type and date.
In the dialog, enter the adjustment: positive to increase, negative to decrease.
Click Confirm.
For hourly rooms, set the sellable count directly — enter how many you still want to sell.
Batch adjust inventory
Examples: Sell 2 more singles every day next week; sell 3 more singles every weekend.
Click Batch Entry at the top of the page.
Set the adjustment range.
Click Apply → confirm again → Confirm.
Maximum span is 30 days. Full-day rooms change by delta; hourly rooms set sellable count. Values may be positive, negative, or 0; the new value overwrites the previous one.
After a successful batch update, the page refreshes with your start date as the new view start so you can review results.
Configure oversale protection
Available for full-day rooms only. In short: switch 1 auto-closes when there is no inventory; switch 2 clears oversale at a set time.
Click Oversale Protection at the top right.
Enable the switches you need:
- Auto-close sales: When actual available rooms are ≤ 0, the system closes hotel-level availability for that date.
- Oversale deadline: Set a cutoff time; when it arrives, the system clears all manually added inventory for every room type that day.
Click Confirm.
Oversale deadline permanently clears manually added inventory for that day once the cutoff is reached. Confirm the time before enabling.
When at least one switch is on, Oversale Protection on the inventory page is green; otherwise red.
The two switches are independent — both on, one on, or both off.
Result
- Single-cell and batch edits update sellable counts on the page.
- Oversale protection applies auto-close and/or deadline clear as configured.
