Edit basic info, date & pricing, room types, breakfast inclusion, occupancy pricing, and payment settings as needed.
Entry: Console → CRS → Rate Plan Management → target rate plan More Options. Edit the sections below as needed.

Steps
Basic information
Under More Options, select Basic Information.
All fields in the dialog are editable.
Click Confirm after editing.
Date & pricing
Under More Options, select Date & Pricing.
Edit applicable dates and default pricing, or add and manage periods.
Click Confirm when done.
Period management allows different pricing rules for different date ranges — peak season, low season, holidays with fixed price, or close booking.
Rules:
- Each period card is an independent pricing rule; up to 3 period cards.
- Applicable dates on different cards cannot overlap.
- Default pricing: Applied when the date does not match any period card.
Click Add Period to add a period card.
On each card, select Dynamic Price, Fixed Price, or Unavailable (no price fields when Unavailable).
Click + Applicable Dates on the card; up to 10 date ranges; at least one required.
Click Delete on the card to remove the period.
Price rounding
For rounding dynamic prices to integers or fixed endings. Configure in create dialog or More Options → Date & Pricing for existing plans.
Select Dynamic Price or Fixed Price. For Fixed Price, enter whole-number prices directly — no rounding needed.
For Dynamic Price, configure the Price Formula first.
Under Rounding Unit, select Ones (round to integer).
Price Ending is optional. For consistent endings, e.g. prices ending in 8: set Rounding Unit to Tens and Price Ending to 8.
If Rounding Unit / Price Ending are not shown in your Date & Pricing dialog, this feature is not enabled for your environment — skip this section.
Room types
Under More Options, select Room Type.
Add or remove room types in the dialog.
Click Confirm.
If you add a room type to a fixed-price plan, the system fills a default price — edit in the Date & Pricing dialog.
Breakfast included
Default off. To configure breakfast:
Under More Options, select Breakfast Included.
Enable the toggle and configure fields in the table.
Click Confirm.

Formula: nightly total with breakfast = room type price + (breakfast price × portions).
Occupancy pricing
Adjusts room rate by actual occupancy. When occupancy exceeds standard occupancy, extra charge per additional person.
Default off. To enable:
Under More Options, select Occupancy Pricing.
Enable the toggle and configure fields in the table.
Click Confirm.

| Extra Charge Per Night | Fixed amount per person above standard; children count toward occupancy |
Formula: nightly price = standard occupancy price + (extra persons × extra charge per night).
Occupancy is still limited by CRS room type maximum capacity.
Payment settings
Rate plans with Quick Direct Bill enabled allow quick direct billing at checkout.
Default off. To enable:
Under More Options, select Payment Settings.
Enable Quick Direct Bill and select the direct bill transaction code.
Click Confirm.

Delete
Click Delete.
