Manage rate plan channel listing, payment methods, aliases, and promo codes in the distribution configuration center.

Entry: Console → CRS → Distribution Configuration Center.

Prerequisites

  1. Channel management: Choose which channels list the rate plan for sale.
  2. Booking permission: Require a promo code to book, or allow open booking.
  3. Payment methods: Configure which payment methods each channel supports.

After you create a rate plan, Distribution Configuration Center adds it automatically with source stey_console selected by default.

Steps

List a new rate plan on owned channels

Business context: The hotel has a new rate plan to sell on Stey’s website, App, and mini program.

Find the rate plan in Distribution Configuration Center.

Click More Options → Configure Source (System).

In the dialog, select stey_com, stey_app, and stey_miniapp.

Adjust payment methods as needed:

  • stey_miniapp defaults to WeChat Pay and cannot be changed.
  • stey_com and stey_app default to all methods selected; adjust each separately.

List a new rate plan on OTA channels

Business context: The hotel has a new rate plan to sell on an OTA.

When you configure the rate plan, set Source to the matching OTA channel.

Find the rate plan in Distribution Configuration Center.

Click More Options → Configure Source (System).

In the dialog, select stey_switch.

Adjust the rate plan alias as needed:

  • The system fills the Rate Code by default.
  • For Booking.com, enter the rate plan ID from the Booking back office (usually a numeric string) as the alias; for other OTAs, edit as required.

List on owned channels with promo code required

Business context: Sell on Stey’s website and App, but require a promo code to book.

Promo codes can be configured only for Stey’s website and App.

Find the rate plan in Distribution Configuration Center.

Click More Options → Configure Source (System).

In the dialog, select stey_com and stey_app.

Adjust payment methods as needed (all selected by default).

Click More Options → Promo Codes.

Click Create Promo Code and follow the dialog (configure stey_com and stey_app separately).

Click Save.

After you save a promo code, the rate plan locks automatically (booking protection shows a lock icon). Guests must enter a valid promo code to book with that plan.

Promo code validity is the period when the code can be used, not the stay dates of the reservation. Within that period guests can book any stay dates, but those dates must still fall within the rate plan’s applicable range.

Result

  • The rate plan is listed on the selected channels with the payment methods and alias you set.
  • With a promo code saved, the plan is locked until guests enter a valid code.
