Card payments

Send an email Payment Link so overseas guests can pay by credit card for a guarantee or in-stay charges.

Entry: Console → Room reservations → reservation details → Transactions → Payment Link.

Prerequisites

• Intended mainly for overseas credit card collection online.
• Payment Link is visible on the reservation Transactions tab for all reservation types.
• Typical uses:
  • Booking guarantee: phone, email, or other non-connected bookings that need room charges collected in advance; optionally enable Auto-cancel if overdue.
  • In-stay charges: breakfast, guest damage, and similar after check-in.

Steps

Open Payment Link

Reservation details → Transactions → Payment Link.

Visible for all reservation types.

Fill payment details

Click Payment Link to open the credit card collection dialog:

• Auto-cancel if overdue: off by default; turn on when needed. After check-in, the switch is disabled and cannot be turned on.
• Payment deadline: system suggests a time; you can change it.
• Amount: enter manually.
• Email: prefilled with the booker’s email when available; editable.

After configuring, click Confirm. The system emails the Payment Link to that address immediately.

Result

Guest pays successfully

A payment record appears automatically under reservation details → Transactions.

Guest misses the deadline

Auto-cancel if overdue is on

• The Payment Link expires; payment is no longer possible.
• The reservation is canceled automatically.

Auto-cancel if overdue is off

• The Payment Link expires; payment is no longer possible.
• The reservation remains.

You can send another payment email.
