Steps

Workload

Used to forecast staffing and warn on daily workload, helping supervisors schedule staff.

  • Tasks and Points: tasks = tasks per hour; points = task points per hour (different task types have different workload, e.g. suites take more time and more points).
  • Work Hours: adjust daily work time settings as needed.

The workload section shows tasks, points, and work hours.

Based on workload config and actual tasks, the system forecasts and alerts:

  1. Forecasts next-day cleaning headcount and notifies via SMS.
  2. Before tasks start, if workload increases and per-person load is too high, SMS notification.
  3. Predicts end-of-day time from progress and staffing; if after 18:30, SMS notification.

Staff App home shows workload status lights (red / yellow / green) and task forecast for real-time supervision.

In-stay cleaning

Configure periodic cleaning rules for hotel and long-stay; the system auto-generates tasks.

  • In-stay cleaning cycle: customize frequency (e.g. long-stay default every 7 days; change to 5 for every 5 days on new long-stay reservations).
  • Cleaning items: system presets common items; editable.
    • Allow customization: when enabled, front desk or guests can edit this item when editing tasks (e.g. guest skips linen change — item unchecked, housekeeper does not see it).
    • Disable: if the property does not offer an item, disable it; disabled items do not appear on tasks.

The in-stay cleaning section shows cycle and item list; edit customization toggle or disable items.
