Create short links for hotel public area displays, replace images, or delete links.
Use this to manage content on hotel public area electronic displays (front desk, corridors, elevator lobbies, etc.). Upload an image and generate a link to update display content quickly without complex device operations.
Prerequisites
Entry: Console → Marketing → CMS - Links & QR Codes.
Steps
Create a link
Open the Links & QR Codes page.
Click New Link in the top-right corner and fill in the dialog:
- Link Name: any language
- Short Code: exactly 3 characters, lowercase letters or numbers only, must be unique
- Image: single upload only
Click Confirm; the system generates the link automatically.
Click the copy button in the list to get the link.
Enter the link in the display device browser or player; the screen shows the uploaded image.
The new link dialog includes link name, short code, and image; the primary button is Confirm.
Replace image
Find the link to update.
Click more options (three dots) and select Replace Image.
Upload the new image in the dialog and click Confirm.
The short code stays the same; the display shows the new image without changing the link.
Delete a link
Find the link to delete.
Click more options (three dots) and select Delete.
Click Confirm in the confirmation dialog.
Result
After creation, a new link appears in the list and can be copied; after image replacement, the same short code shows the new image; after deletion, the link is no longer available.
