How to Claim Points

Claim next-day eco and community points on the Guest App ESG activities page.

The system calculates points from each day's eco-friendly behavior and community participation after the day ends. Users can claim them the next day.

None

Steps

On the Guest App home page, tap the ESG card to open ESG Activities.

If points are pending, a claim dialog appears automatically. Or go to Points → Unclaimed to view and claim.

Tap Claim.

The ESG activities page can show a claim dialog, or claim items individually from the unclaimed list under Points.
