Front desk or housekeeping supervisors switch vacant rooms among Vacant Clean, Vacant Dirty, and Out of service.
Front desk or housekeeping supervisors use this when correcting vacant clean / dirty / out-of-service status. Not for Occupied (OCC) rooms.
Entry: Console → Room reservations → Room Status → housekeeping status mark.
Prerequisites
- Target room is not Occupied (OCC).
- Operator can change room status.
- Terms and board: Room status reference.
Steps
On Room Status, find the room and click its housekeeping status mark.
In the dialog choose Vacant Clean (VC) / Vacant Dirty (VD) / Out of service.
Confirm using the prompts in the table below.

Result
- Housekeeping status updates to the target.
